Anastasya Martynova is an multi disciplinary artist specialising in verre eglomise and wood carved sculpture.
In her own practice, she is interested in exploring the relationship of “flow state” to creating art using traditional craft skills and the unexpected results and insights that are revealed in the process. Her work is rooted in storytelling and influenced by her Russian heritage. She regularly collaborates on interior designs projects, offering her distinct style of decorative finishes and bespoke artworks.
Anastasya is also a part of MUSEEA, an award-winning design and curation studio, creating large scale immersive environments and exhibition designs that are showcased worldwide.
Anastasya has an affinity with plants and the healing power of nature. She tries to use sustainable materials where possible and has recently become a partner with Onetreeplanted, so for each of sale of her art scarves, a tree is planted.
